OUR STORY
The Páskom 1802 Culinary Workshop is located in the southern corner of Fejér County, in the vineyards of Lajoskomárom, surrounded by 40 hectares of vines and 220 charming cellars.
A 150-year-old family press house served as the foundation for our vision: to create a culinary workshop built on traditional values in this breathtaking natural setting.
Led by Chef László Csécsei, our kitchen emphasizes local ingredients, the collaboration between producers and chefs, and a deep respect for raw materials. The key word is harmony, which blends architecture, ingredients, dishes, wines, and music into a shared experience.
Every dish we create is made with high-quality ingredients from trusted local producers, using modern kitchen technology.
Our creative chef, László Ruprecht, promotes the importance of quality countryside gastronomy through wine dinners, cooking courses, and professional workshops.
Our cellar restaurant offers seating for 30 guests on the covered terrace and 15 more in the vineyard arbor, while the exclusive cellar space with a chef’s table provides a unique gastronomic journey for up to 24 guests.
